It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Jade Stone Healing Massage
Our Jade Stone Healing Massage is a unique style of massage that is both stimulating and sedating as Jade has the ability to retain heat similar to basalt or cold similar to marble. During this massage Jade protective stones are either cooled or heated and used to heal stressed organs, discharge toxins, slow the aging process and strengthen the body’s natural defenses. This Healing Massage is guaranteed to leave your body feeling refreshed, muscles rejuvenated and your skin feeling smooth and silky.

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation. This 1 on 1 assisted stretching process allows your body to move in ways that it is not able to when stretching alone.
Event/Corporate Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which our therapist brings to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
This particular chair massage is often performed at special events, a business or office, or at some other site away from the usual massage setting.
Enhancements
Scalp Massage $10
A scalp massage is a "head massage" designed to relax the mind and encourage circulation. Many times, tension is felt within the head and neck, so scalp massages can be very effective as a stress reducer, headache and migraine reducer, and a booster of blood flow. Warm oil is massaged throughout the scalp, working to relax tight muscles in the temple and neck regions.
Cold Stone Face Massage $15
A Cold Stone Face Massage is a massage in which stones are used chilled to help reduce facial puffiness, dark circles under the eyes and remove excessive heat from the system leaving the skin toned and refreshed. This treatment helps with red or ruddy skin, rosacea, TMJ, migraines, congestion, relief from sinus pressure, stiff or hot neck, and post cosmetic surgery.
Hot Towels $15
Steamed hot towels will produce general relaxation by warming the muscles, which helps to reduce muscle spasms and pain.

Muscle Soothing Therapy $20
Uses a fast acting and long lasting, cooling menthol formula that delivers penetrating pain relief for sore muscles, simple backaches, joint pain, bruises and arthritis.
Percussive Therapy $20
Uses an oscillating, handheld massager that uses rapid repetitive pressure combined with vibration to provide deep penetration which relaxes muscle spasms and relieves tension to improve circulation.
Salt/Sugar Scrub $25
A salt/sugar scrub is a popular treatment that is basically a facial for the Hands & Feet. It exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. The scrub is followed by a hot towel treatment and an application of high-quality lubricant that leaves your skin hydrated.

Hot Stones $25

Traction Therapy $25
Massage technique that consists of pulling a body region or extremity away from its most anatomically neutral position aka "Stretching".
Ice & Heat Therapy $25
Cold "Ice" therapy causes the blood vessels to contract and reduce circulation, therefore decreasing pain & reducing swelling. Once removed the veins will expand and increase circulation. Heat therapy is applied to assist circulation and the incoming flow of nutrients that can heal the injured tissues & relieve muscle soreness.
Decompression Therapy $30
A traditional Chinese medicine technique, the "Gliding Cupping" enhancement uses suction to put pressure on muscles and connective tissue to increase circulation, remove stagnation, reduce tension and relieve pain.
